I started my professional career as a software developer and architect. In 2002 I joined big business as a project manager in the innovation initiative of world's third largest retailer. Planning and building Metro's Store of the Future, I explored the human part of technology and learned about the powerful capabilities of motivating change through technological innovation.
Always fascinated by technology, and even more interested in the people using it, I became a facilitator between technology experts, business leaders and consumers. With a strong focus on simplicity, I successfully adopted agile project management principles, providing my project teams with the necessary flexibility to cope with highly dynamic environments.
In 2007 I started my own business to offer my knowledge and experience to companies and organizations that want to utilize the least understood but most important force in today's business world - change.
